You’ll stay in a cabin-style lower-level apartment in a quiet 2-unit building. The short-term rental occupies the entire lower level and is completely separate from the upstairs long-term residence, with its own entrance, fenced patio, and no shared interior or exterior guest spaces.
This lower-level 2-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful Hocking Hills retreat just minutes from downtown Logan and ~18 minutes from Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Rock House.
Inside, the living room features an 86″ Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and Roku Guest Mode. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee station with both Keurig and traditional brew options. A dining table for four and a quiet workspace make the setup comfortable for short trips or extended stays.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed. Each room includes a 55″ Roku Smart TV, clean linens, and simple, cozy décor. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries.
Outside, enjoy the fenced stamped-concrete patio with a gazebo, outdoor seating, a Pilot Rock fire pit, charcoal grill, and an Aspen 5-person hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day on the trails. Parking for up to four vehicles is located directly in front of the fence.
This setup gives you a quiet, well-located base near all major Hocking Hills attractions while staying close to Logan for restaurants, groceries, and gas.

Guests will arrive at 13450 Old McArthur Rd, Logan, OH 43138. When you pull into the driveway, you’ll see a large wooden privacy fence with the 13450 address marker. Continue straight down the main drive—the rental is the lower-level apartment on the left, and parking is directly in front of the wooden fence. If GPS is off or you have any trouble locating the space, message us through the app and we’ll get you there quickly.
